Streetwear tracksuits have dominated menswear in recent months, with men’s fashion gradually moving towards more casual attire.

Laidback styles are becoming more popular and are more acceptable worn in a variety of environments. Evolving from something comfortable and cosy to relax in, men’s tracksuits are now highly fashionable, with both the high street and luxury fashion brands creating their own designs.

This growth in popularity has come mostly from the athleisure trend that has continued to develop, becoming a prevalent part of menswear. Fuelled by laidback dress codes at work and in social settings, men’s style has also been swayed by a love for all things retro, namely from the 80s and 90s if recent trends are anything to go by. It appears the most popular menswear designs are now dominated by a sportswear influence.

For those new to wearing a full tracksuit for the first time in a while, you may want to ease yourself into the style. Try wearing them as separates, and make sure nothing is too tight-fitting, but not too loose!.
